Sunday Open house peek, Please take a look at the link below: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=5L48xTZ3Igk&t=0s We hosted the open house for a home at 3720 Ulster Street in port coquitlam on Sunday Aug 12, 2018 , and we did not have the response that we were hoping for. This is certainly due to market shifting in favor of all the buyers in B.C for houses.. As we approach more towards this phenomenon, the real estate inventory increases and the prices drop. Now is the perfect time to get into the market as buyers for houses, and negotiations can happen in favor of the buyers. If you want to buy, and are looking for advice on market and great negotiated deals with the right buying tactic and strategy in this market, call us and get your FREE Consultation session with Fazi.
